Delete Account Instructions

You can delete your Gram account and stored account data directly from inside the iOS app.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Gram app on your iPhone.
  2. Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Enter your password when prompted.
  6. Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and stored portfolio data from our systems, including your profile information and recorded gold and silver purchase data. After deletion, this data cannot be accessed again or restored.
