Information We Collect

When you create and use an account, we may collect and store the following information:

• Name, email address, country, and account currency.
• Gold and silver purchase records, including metal type, weight, karat, purchase price, making charges, fees, purchase date, ownership type, seller or platform, serial number if provided, and invoice number if provided.
• Subscription status needed to unlock Free, Monthly Premium, or Yearly Premium access.
• Basic internal app analytics needed to operate and improve the service.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect bank account numbers.
• We do not collect credit card or debit card numbers.
• We do not process direct payment card data. Paid subscriptions are handled by Apple In-App Purchases.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and secure your account, store portfolio records, calculate estimated portfolio values inside the app, manage subscription access, provide support, maintain app functionality, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Prices and Market Data

Gram may use third-party market data sources inside the app for estimated portfolio calculations. Prices are informational estimates and may differ from local buy or sell prices, making charges, taxes, availability, and spreads. The public website landing pages do not fetch live market or currency APIs.

Storage and Security

Your account and portfolio data are stored in our backend databases. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Payments and Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple processes payment information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We receive subscription status information needed to provide premium access, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising

Gram may use Google Ads. Google may process advertising-related information according to Google's own policies and the privacy choices available on your device and Apple account.

Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with third parties for the purpose of selling user data. We may use service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, database, price data, advertising, or Apple subscription services.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data from inside the app. After deletion, the account and stored portfolio data are permanently removed and cannot be accessed again. See Delete Account Instructions.
